By creating an account or using TradeFern (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What TradeFern is — and isn't

TradeFern is a confluence-grading and analytics tool for your own trades. It is educational software. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, it does not provide trade signals or recommendations, and nothing in it is a promise of any result. All trading decisions are yours alone.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for your own trading decisions, and for complying with the terms of your broker and any prop firm you trade with. The prop-firm rule tracking in TradeFern is a convenience based on the settings you provide — it is not a substitute for your firm's official account status.

Beta and availability

TradeFern is provided “as is” during an active beta. It may change, have bugs, or be temporarily unavailable, and features may be added or removed. We make no warranties about uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

You own the data you put into TradeFern. You can export or delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFern is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
