Here's the habit that separates traders who improve from those who just accumulate screenshots: grade the setup before you click, not after.
Why before matters. After the fact, every trade has a story. Winners feel like genius; losers feel like bad luck. Grading first forces an honest read while you still have skin in the game and no outcome to rationalize. It converts a gut feeling into a number you can be accountable to.
