The Silver Bullet is a one-hour setup — most famously NY 10:00–11:00 am (there are London and PM versions too). The recipe is mechanical: after the session has shown its hand, wait for a liquidity sweep, look for a fair value gap left by displacement, and enter on the return to the FVG, targeting the opposing liquidity. Its appeal is repeatability — same window, same pattern, every day.
ICT macros are ~20-minute windows (e.g. :50 past the hour to :10 past the next) when the algorithm tends to deliver a targeted move — micro-timing for an entry you've already framed.
The point isn't to memorize times — it's the mindset: the market has a schedule. Liquidity is engineered during quiet hours and raided during active ones. Aligning your entries with that rhythm, rather than trading whenever you happen to look at the chart, is a discipline edge as much as a technical one.
